Pulse Clean Energy has today released an industry-first tool allowing battery energy storage system (BESS) asset managers to track and certify the carbon emissions saved by BESS usage.
Four batteries totaling 100MWh have been activated by Pulse Clean Energy and Habitat Energy as part of a diesel-to-battery conversion programme in the UK.
To help develop its pipeline of battery storage projects across the UK, Pulse Clean Energy has secured a three-year £175 million (US$215 million) credit facility.
